Ten Trinity Square, City of London


Originally designed by Sir  Edwin Cooper as the Port of London Authority this grand Edwardian building was built to reiterate Britain’s strong and powerful stance. The development is being undertaken by the Chinese developers Reignwood Group. The hotel and Residences will be managed by Four Seasons. Bruton provided consultancy services.

Use – The building will comprise a distinctive collection of spaces to provide the very best of places to live, to stay and to meet. These are the Residences, Four Seasons hotel and spa, and the Club.
